Domain registration with DENICdirect

If you would like to have your .de domain managed by our DENICdirect service, you will find everything you need to request registration here. When registering via DENICdirect, the DENIC domain terms and conditions and domain guidelines as well as the current price list apply.

Each domain under the country code .de may only exist once. You can use our domain query to check whether your desired domain is still available.

Please note: The DENICdirect service does not offer any additional Internet services such as web space, email addresses, or name services. If you do not have the necessary technical infrastructure yourself, you will need the support of a provider in order to use your domain, i.e., to create a homepage and send and receive emails. We therefore recommend that you register your domain through one of our members.

To submit your registration request to us, we offer two form-based procedures to assist you with data entry. Neither procedure constitutes a binding registration of the domain. Until your request is processed, the desired domain may still be registered by third parties. After receipt, your order will be checked for completeness. If all the necessary information is available, the registration will be carried out. After successful registration, you will receive an invoice from us for the registration, including domain administration by DENICdirect and connection for one year, in accordance with the current DENIC price list.
